Dec	2008		3200	At 97,100 miles, the timing chain tensioner went causing a total failure of the engine. Saturn estimated a junkyard replacement engine (67K miles) at $3200+. Vehicle was junked. Although not recorded, I spent $2800 in repairs in 2008. What a crappy car.

Jul	2011	81840	200	Turn lights work intermittently or not at all. Have to push the hazard light switch while the signal turn lever is depressed to get them to work. Sometimes this work-around does not work.
Oct	2011	83700	49	Sometimes the battery appears as dead, no pilots lights, no radio, nothing. The problem was some type of corrosion in the BCM connectors. Cleaned it and the problem disappeared. Suddenly, without warning, the low beam headlights stopped working. Light bulbs are fine. Position lights and high beam do work. Apparently the switch lever is OK. The mechanic thinks it is the BCM acting up. Decided not to replace it yet.

Jan	2011	136300	517	Valve cover gaskets leaking oil. A TSB was also done on the PC Valve where freezing in the line can preventing the PCV to operate causing oil to be blown out. Since it started leaking more when it got cold, that was likely the issue.
