Oh boy, head gaskets replaced. Can't believe it took only 1day. Amazing pull the engine, heads off. Check for warped heads. Mine were OK. No machine shop. That would have added 2 more days. Great mechanic Fox Subaru GR, MI. . Nasty hard rattle going over little bump let alone bigger bumps. Dealer thought with out looking a rear strut. I put it up on ramps in my garage. Thank goodness link that holds anti-sway bar to chassis broke. Replaced both sides today.
