Why Not the 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser?

Driving position & visibility

Spare tire intrudes on rear visibility. Side visibility also poor due to wide pillers.

Cargo capacity

Rear cargo area quite small. Folding down rear seats requires removing headrests, and there is nowhere to put them. When rear seats are folded, the floor has a big step in it.

Controls and instruments

Weird control design.

Interior styling

Interior is very plasticky, feels really cheap. I do like the rubber floor mats, appropriate for this class vehicle.

Rear seat room & comfort

Rear seats are cramped. Access is awful, with strange half-doors that require front doors to be open before they can be opened.
