The Prius is one of the few vehicles which actually coaches a driver to be more fuel efficient. Without any effort I average 40mpg in the city and 54 mpg on the highway.
Prius has the highest number of owners who say that they would buy the same car again. Toyota is a solid company with a good dealership network that largely recognizes and respects the value of their customers
There has been very little maintenance and repair. Quality materials and workmanship throughout.
