2010 Volkswagen Jetta Pros and Cons at TrueDelta: Owner Pros and Cons by taylor.rojas

Handling
German engineers have always been known for making a car feel sturdy and handle like a well a BMW.
Interior styling
It came with a 6 inch touch screen standard, a cool switchblade key, really comfortably bolstered heated and vented seat. The red lights at night make me want to drive it more, and more.
Materials & workmanship
The only hard plastics are on the grab handles on the door. The rest is nice thick rubber type plastic (nothing looks like it was made by little tykes)
Insurance cost
I pay almost the same for insurance per month insuring my 1993 f-250 and my new jetta as I was paying for just my truck. Granted i had full coverage for my truck, now I have liability on it and full on my jetta.
Quietness
There is quite a bit of ride noise, to keep it down I have to make sure the tires are right at 35psi and I have the stereo up a bit and I have to stab the fast pedal. But boy the engine sounds nice.
Rear seat room & comfort
The rear seat is a little small but compared to other compact cars it is not bad, Still cramped if your over 6 feet.
