15000 0 Alloy wheels had become stuck to the hubs because insufficient copper grease had been used as a barrier when applied as part of pre-delivery inspection. 
33000 0 Air conditioning was ineffective. System regassed and checked for leaks (no leaks found) - under warranty. 
38000 0 Driver's seat developed a side-to-side rocking motion with an audible 'click' as it went over-centre. Solution was initially to strip and re-install the seat.  Didn't work, so expensive specialist grease was ordered and subsequently fitted. 
53000 0 Failure of dual-mass flywheel. Flywheel and clutch assembly replaced under warranty.

1000 0 Driver's seat belt buckle will not release properly, requires excessive force. 
2000 0 Low tire caused by defective valve stem core. Shop replaced item at no charge. 
7000 0 Faulty steering column lock module; prevented starting. 
12000 175 Broken seat belt latch, very difficult to open. Unit was replaced. 
15000 158 Original battery failed at just under 15,000 miles. I assume this was due to mostly city driving, plus the battery was nearly 5 years old.

4000 0 Check engine light came on. I took it in, they ran some tests on it, when I picked it up they said the gas cap was not on tight enough and vapors leaked out, the car thought there was a gas leak. Software update to make car not as sensitive.
