TrueDelta’s Car Reliability Survey: 2010 Kia Soul Requires Few Repairs

West Bloomfield, MI (PRWEB) September 3, 2009 -- Launching an all-new car model can be tricky. But the 2010 Kia Soul has rarely required repairs in the first few months of ownership, according to new results from TrueDelta's Car Reliability Survey (CRS).

Other reliability surveys update annually. TrueDelta's updates quarterly. This permits TrueDelta to quickly provide reliability information on new car models like the Soul. The new results include owner experiences through June 30, 2009. With this update, TrueDelta's car reliability information is over a year ahead of some other sources.

"Most people would like to buy a hot new car like the Soul while it's still new and hot. But many have been afraid to do so without reliability information," notes TrueDelta founder Michael Karesh. "With TrueDelta's research process, people no longer have to choose between waiting and buying blindly."

Will the Kia Soul continue to require few repairs as it ages? With prompt quarterly updates, TrueDelta's Car Reliability Survey will be the first to report any changes, for both new cars and older ones. Already TrueDelta notes that a problem reported by some Soul owners for July, concerning optional "mood" lights on the stereo speakers, will increase the repair frequency in future updates. Kia is aware of this minor issue, and has a fix for it, so its impact should be limited to already sold cars.

The next update, in November, will include additional 2010 models.
