Oct	2009	63000	0	Prius HID headlamps, primarily driver's side, unexpectedly shut off while lights are turned to 'on.' Usuallly can reset by turning lights off then on. Control circuitry (?) for both HID headlamps was replaced. Problem returned within 6 hours of parts replacement.

Oct	2009	96000	200	Had to get towed because car was totally dead after being parked for 1 hr. It was the 12v battery, but the repair also included a new bracket to hold the new, larger 12v battery required. Have now traded car.
