Introduction

I love this car and look forward to driving it every day.

Why the 2013 smart fortwo?

Front seat room

I'm 6'3'' 280 lbs, and this car has plenty of room. It is easier to get in and out of than any full size sedan I have driven. It sits upright like an SUV, but it is not so tall that you have to climb in.

Powertrain performance

Many complain about the automated manual transmission, but I think it makes the car feel very sporty. It is always better to drive a slow car fast than to drive a fast car slow.

Brand reputation & image

Not many $22,000 cars get stares from people driving Porsches, Cadillacs, BMWs, Mercedes, and Jaguars, but I've had drivers of all of these stare, wave, and ask me questions about my Smart Fortwo Convertible.

Warranty, maintenance cost

Excellent warranty. They paid to tow my car 210 miles to the nearest dealership and reimbursed me for a rental.

Why Not the 2013 smart fortwo?

Dealer practices

Dealership was, and continues to be, incompetent with Smart financing paperwork. I've just redone my contract for the third time.

Conclusion

If you want something unique and fun, this is the way to go.
