US $40		 Problem: Noise and irregularity when braking at low-speed (with moderate -r-r-r-r sound). Diagnostics (by mechanics): irregular rotor surface (front-left rotor). My mechanics wanted $190 just to resurface the rotor. Work performed: went to Pepboys, bought a new rotor, replaced the rotor.
