Mechanic gave estimate for a/c and suggested having Toyota fix the heater control problems as his price was not much less. Was told the entire dash panel would need to be replaced due to loose circuit board. Mechanic notes: INSPECT/DIAGNOSIS ~|~CHECK THE HEATER KNOB CANT SET THE FAN SPEED. Replaced ECM.
