I use wooden boards of differing widths and a couple wood clamps. If someone is helping you out and they're reasonably handy, you might be able to do this in 3-4 hours.

Jun 2015 310000 mi	Odometer stopped registering miles at 299,999 miles. This speedometer was replaced by dealer 18 months ago for other glitches Toyota is aware of this common problem but refuses any remedy. They consider it a "maintenance" item.
