Car was driven to store and then wouldn't go into reverse. It was towed to a shop. It was the original clutch so that was repaired. After repair it still wouldn't go into reverse and was not running correctly. It was diagnosed with transmission trouble. A used transmissions was ordered and should be delivered next week. It will be installed and hopefully the problem will be over. I called Toyota and reported the problem in case they ever decide there is a problem.Manual transmissions seldom go bad.
