I thought the rear wheel bearing were going out. Instead it turned out to be a rusty pgr side rear brake shield rubbing on the back of the rotor. The shield was modded to work but will be replaced when the rear bearings get changed some day. The rotor was "trued" in case the shield caused any unusual wear.
