91300 mi

US $225
Rocker Position Sensor failed, giving a Check Engine Light and violent loss of power during acceleration. Shop replaced the sensor.
127000 mi

US $200
I replaced the spark plugs and all four coil packs. Valve clearances were tighter than specification after only 30,000 miles. Engine misfired in cylinders 1 and 2 and tripped CEL, and replacing coil packs did not alleviate symptoms. Engine was misfiring on cylinders 1 and 2, triggering CEL.
139000 mi #4 coil pack failed, causing misfires. All four coil packs were replaced less than a year prior. I got the part replaced at no cost under the part warranty (I believe the replacement coil pack was defective).
