Noise from rear wheels that sounds like wheel bearing noise. Techs diagnosed problem as "Rear tire has a cupping wear - possibly alignment out. Rear is unadjustable. Sound is coming from the rear tires. No correction at this time."

At 19,700 miles rear wheels had alignment issues. Both rear wheels needed shims to correct the alignment. After a lot of efforts by myself the Toyota company agreed to pay for the parts (shims) and labor. I paid for alignment.
