2007 Toyota Yaris 4dr Hatch

C $480
Window trim on driver's front door snapped - poor design. Front driver's fender was not aligned properly at delivery - did not make an issue of it, but door-to-fender gap was small. Eventually, fender moved-in to rub paint. Dealer refuses to repair and blames owner for fault (including future rust from scraping)
40300 mi Driver's side fender out of alignment by approximately 3/4" inch. Suspect 'play' caused rough regional roads.

Personally replaced gas struts on hatchback door. Originals were balky and squeaked badly.
119000 mi A/C condensate tube was clogged with dirt and leaves. Was leaking water on the floor. Used wire and shop vac to clean tube.
11780 mi Noise coming from the center stack where the heating controls are. It's likely the plastics rubbing on each other, I'm told. If I apply pressure of the plastic, the noise stops. At this point, I'm really annoyed they haven't been able to solve it yet.
