My car was technically out of the range but affected by the problem. The dealer in my town replaced 3rd gear under an extended warranty I purchased. This repair otherwise would have cost me >$2000 but my warranty deductible as only $150. I also had the dealer replace the clutch at this time as it was nearing the end of its life.
