2009 Infiniti G 4dr Sedan

328-horsepower 3.7L V6 7-speed shiftable automatic RWD

39000 mi Whistling noise coming out of the engine compartment in lower gears and at around 1800RPM. Problem cannot be replicated after numerous trips. 
11000 mi Car became inoperable and had to be "jumped" for it to start moving. Brought car in to dealership and said the charger did not charge battery due to low mileage.
