Rear wiper nut were corroted and could no longer hold the wiper, had to be yanked out and replaced completely. Bad design to have a piece of plastic holding on to metal screws, for sure it'll break after a while.

A few days later front Wiper arm shaft assembly seized! Dealer was unable to repair! The whole assembly had to be replace. Very very poor design!!!!!!!!!!!! wiper connecting arm popped off the ball joint under the panel below the windscreen. Dealer re-attached it. Problem recurs often now, I will have to take it back for more detailed work when weather allows. Window arm popped off ball joint under panel in front of windscreen. The Dealer reattached the wiper arm ball joints but the issue never came back due to no more snow build up below windscreen.
