Park brake electronic control module failed locking up the rear wheels. Vehicle had to be towed to the dealer where they electronically released the park brake and replaced the control module and loaded the appropriate software. 
18000 mi Car making brake noise, indication of worn pads. Diagnosis showed electronic parking brake not releasing fully causing premature wear of rear pads, which damaged rotors. Dealer replaced brake components and re-flashed software for E-brake.

Job was dead easy except for the set screws which hold the rotor to the hub were seized and needed to be drilled out. This could have been avoided had the previous mechanic used a little dab of Never Seize.
