Dealer diagnosed problem with ABS sensor for $155, but I needed the car back before they could perform the repair. Took the car to my own mechanic who duplicated the diagnosis and installed a new ABS sensor in one hour. Cost $150 including $99 part. Audi would have charged a second hour of time plus part cost. Looks like I would have paid a $155-200 too much at Audi. |
