Dye test to find refrigerant leak. Found condenser had to be replaced. Drive belt replaced as well.
GPS not locating cities or streets.
NAV system not working. Reset by dealer, however not working again. CD player not opening/buzzing for a few minutes on car starting. Solution is to spend over $1k for a whole new unit. CD player was only used a few times. Very disappointing.
Air bag light on dash lit up. Broken wire under passenger seat. Not fixed. Waiting to get scanner to read SRS code.
Excessive play in power driver's seat recline mechanism--takes up to 1/4 revolution before engaging. A loud 'pop' occurs intermittently. Dealer dismissed issue as 'operating within manufacturer specifications'.
Driver's power window motor developed buzzing - first trip to dealer did not resolve problem. Dealer contacted Toyota to authorize window motor replacement - on second trip problem fixed.
Shop replaced hose between compressor and condenser coil and recharged system - system worked initially but quit blowing cold a week later.
Refrigerant leak diagnosed from evaporator coil inside car - system recharged temporarily, with dye. System quit blowing cold about three weeks later.
Driver Window Motor Regulator was failing--was replaced. Part# 85720-02450
Alternator began whining sound. Replaced pre-emptively before breakdown.
TIMS sensor went bad.
Stock battery failed to hold charge for long period of time. Battery was able to charge with a jump. Replaced battery at shop. may have been able to prevent if i ever open hood. First repair needed.
Radio and built in GPS not functioning correctly
Radio and GPS system not functioning. System was replaced
Batter died!! Was replaced free of charge as it is still under warrenty.
Obtained a new battery - the initial battery would not hold a charge.
Windshield washer pump stopped working
The passenger side window obstruction safety system would not allow it to close completely without rolling back down. Repair attempted but it has started doing it again.Will return when the weather gets hot which is when the problem occurs.
AUX input for audio system stopped working completely. Dashboard removed and loose connection reattached. Fixed by Toyota dealer at 35,800 miles, one week before warranty expired. No cost.
Battery died. Bought a new one from costco.
Starter failed and required tow to dealer for repair. Repair was starter replacement.
