Windshield wiper bushings squeaking bad needed to replace the entire wiper assembly, motor and linkage, since you cant buy them separate from the dealer. Motor was fine only linkage went bad. 
27280 mi Front seats were squeaking in cold weather. A seat back bushing is the cause and replacement was covered by warranty and described by a Service Bulletin.

5000 mi Dealer replaced a cracked fog lamp cover under warranty. There was no evidence on the surface of the lens of rock damage.

2012 Subaru Impreza / Outback Sport 4dr Hatch

148-horsepower 2.0L H4 6-speed shiftable CVT AWD

30700 mi Broken wheel lug. I've never ever had this in normal use before on any vehicle, so I have to think it was from over tightening from a prior visit to the tire shop. The service advisor initially quoted a $100 charge, but ended up writing it as warranty. 
36000 mi Hatch struts were weak. Replaced.
