10000 mi Failure of passenger seat restraint system warning light keeps going off. problem fixed by moving passenger seat back all the way. Don't know what is causing this. It seems to be temperature related. It only happens when outside temperature is above 70 degrees. The repair was unsuccessful.

When engine restarted after stop/start system shut it down (like at red light, etc.), transmission would shift into Park and transmission error message would be displayed. Internet research suggested that this could be cause by low voltage from battery. My inspection revealed battery was factory original, 7 yrs. old. Dealer checked battery condition; battery replaced and car reprogramed to charge new battery. Problem has not recurred.
