Oil Consumption Test pursuant Bank vs. BMW. Engine used .7 Liter of oil in 750 miles and or .9 liter of oil in 1000 miles. Pursuant to the litigation the engine must use 1.0 liter of oil in 750 miles for Class Action Settlement to kick in. I have several leaks on the engine. I will need to come back to dealership when it gets a little worse to qualify. At this point in time I would have to pay 30 % towards a new engine and BMW 70%. See Class action settlement.
