35000 mi HVAC/heater evaporator case and grease replaced per PI 0935. Cause for replacement was strong coolant-like odor from vents when using heat. Caused by grease used in HVAC assembly. HVAC system was also making noise changing vent position. Trunk switch stopped working. Replaced with updated design.

32000 mi Car was having intermittent starting problems. When you turned the key, it would not click or make any attempt to start the engine. Battery cable to terminals were tight. Car had to be towed to dealer. Starter cable was very loose.
