Blower motor frozen from water/ice intrusion. They thawed the car and replaced a fuse. A redesigned blower cover was orderd and will be fitted at no charge. This is covered under warranty and a Tech Service Bulletin. First oil change done. 
31000 mi Air blend door for A/C unit was stripped, making clicking noises when car started. blend door was replaced under warranty, but in performing that repair, the tech broke the clip for an air bag, which required additional time to order and replace.

turbocharged 123hp 1.0L I3 5-speed manual FWD

12000 mi Air mode control door actuator failed in November. You could bypass the symptoms of the failed part by keeping it set to floor vents or windshield vents.  Passenger door speaker voice coil failed. Replaced passenger door speaker. 
20000 mi The main speaker (driver) in the right front door had been intermittently buzzing or sounding scratchy, and was happening more often over time. It would have been replaced under warranty but I upgraded to high quality aftermarket speakers. 
18300 mi Loud "knocking noise" behind the dash. Replaced faulty mode door actuator. No further issues. 
19000 mi Front passenger stereo speaker is blown

9200 mi Car often wouldn't start. Dealer replaced battery. I have a suspicion that there is a parasitic draw on the battery... we'll see if it happens again. Driver's side speaker started vibrating and producing poor sound quality. Dealer eplaced the speaker under warranty.
