Blower motor frozen from water/ice intrusion. They thawed the car and replaced a fuse. A redesigned blower cover was orderd and will be fitted at no charge. This is covered under warranty and a Tech Service Bulletin. First oil change done.

Air mixing door gear in the HVAC was broken. The part was cheap, but the labor to get to it and fix was expensive. This is apparently a common problem. So, I wish Ford would have used a slightly more expensive but more reliable part.
Air mode control door actuator failed in November. You could bypass the symptoms of the failed part by keeping it set to floor vents or windshield vents. Passenger door speaker voice coil failed. Replaced passenger door speaker.
