Cold rattle at start up. Tech said it was not VTC actuator and replaced the cam tensioner. The next morning, same noise. Going back to to diagnose further. Tech is certain it is not VTC actuator. TD has reference to TSB A18010F but I cannot see details. It does cover 2015 CRV and talks about another rattle at start. 
49600 mi VTC actuator fix (recall so covered) Dealer damaged oil seal during recall causing a drip. They fixed for no cost.

Brought car into replace starter for intermittent failure to start problem. Dealer replaced start button instead. Did not help. Then decided they wanted to charge 700 to change starter also. Traded for a Toyota.

Engine started to misfire and lose power. Vehicle was towed to a dealer, where the dealer switched spark plugs. When the issue persisted, a tear down was done and severe carbon buildup was found, including bent valves. After disputing with Honda, a new cylinder head and fuel injectors were installed. Customer paid for new spark plugs.
