The Dealer reported that there were multiple vehicle specific code faults. They recoded the gateway module which resolved the issues. Dealer did not know the cause of the issue. While this repair was not under vehicle warranty, it was under 30 day warranty with Carmax. The cost of the fix was $519.80 which was charged to CarMax. |
