| For the groaning window, they replaced 2 window seals. But the problem still exists after taking it back from the 2nd dealership. |
| 29000 mi | The car has exhibited a rattle in the trunk area ever since I inspected the tool kit, which is poorly anchored to the chassis of the car. It turns out that the real problem is/was a rattling plastic baffle/plate below the trunk. A "fix" with foam tape didn't work. Will have to return for a full part replacement. In addition the interior rear view mirror vibrates on rough road surfaces. Stuff like this shouldn't happen at all, and it is a waste of time having items like these properly taken care of. |
