Intake Manifold stuck open. Intake manifold needed replaced with under 50K miles. 90 days out of powertrain warranty but well under the mileage and Ford offered ZERO financial assistance. Common issue with Ford 5.0L V8 vehicles it is well documented and Ford will not acknowledge. Horrible experience with their customer service and was not even provided a reason why they offered no financial assistance to help with this $1200 repair. Told it was proprietary information that they are not entitled to disclose. Disappointed and moving family and friends out of Ford family. |
