Common issue with Ford 5.0L V8 vehicles it is well documented and Ford will not acknowledge. Horrible experience with their customer service and was not even provided a reason why they offered no financial assistance to help with this $1200 repair. Told it was proprietary information that they are not entitled to disclose. Disappointed and moving family and friends out of Ford family. |
