turbocharged 241hp 2.0L I4 7-speed shiftable automatic AWD

39680 mi Along with routine oil and filter, I reported that the auto engine stop/start (at stops) was not functioning. The engine ALWAYS remains on (it used to turn off at red lights). The mechanic looked but couldn't find anything wrong, although he said that for this function to work, everything has to be just right. I decided to let it go... the car just stays running at red lights.
10000 mi Another increasingly common system that's difficult to classify. The Eco Start/Stop system quit working as designed. It has essentially working backwards, functioning when unexpected, not functioning when anticipated. Dealer couldn't find issue, so said it was fine. Hasn't worked once in two months - even though all known parameters have been met - engine at operating temp, passenger compartment st set temps, fully charged (hopefully after 100+ miles) but no longer working. Dealer seems beyond their depth with these systems so to save frustration I've decided to just pretend I don't have the features
