14000 mi Clicking noice at full steering lock. Dealer installed (missing?) shim in front suspension. 
1100 mi Steering wheel vibration at 50-70mph where wheel would physically vibrate/shake. Dealer road forced balanced tires. Steering wheel vibration at 50-70mph where wheel would physically vibrate/shake. Previous road force balance unsuccessful. Dealer replaced all four wheels and tires from another unit on the lot. 
1250 mi Steering wheel vibration at 50-70mph where wheel would physically vibrate/shake. Previous two attempts (road force balance and wheel/tire replacement) were unsuccessful. Dealer drove another new unit on the lot which exhibited similar symptoms. Dealer contacted Mazda technical help line to get an answer and was told symptoms are normal. Steering wheel still visibly shaking when driving in a straight line at a steady speed. 
2900 mi Filed lemon law claim regarding wheel vibration. Mazda Corporate inspected vehicle and determined the issue was still being caused by improperly balanced wheels. Rebalanced tires again and mostly resolved the issue however slight vibration still exists. 
13000 mi Dealer replaced lower control arm bushings per TSB due to knocking noise. 
19000 mi Suspension still making clunking/popping after sealer replaced lower control arm bushings. Replaced bushings again and performed a steering tsb
