19900 mi Charge port insulator pins were replaced 
21000 mi Charging port wouldn’t open. Forced open using a credit card. At the next charge it closed automatically and then started working correctly. 
27600 mi Charge port door didn't open. Replaced by company and covered under warranty 
13175 mi Service campaign initiated by Tesla. Two small plastic parts replaced inside the electrical charging port to improve reliability of the charging port. Replacement of the two small parts was done by a mobile Tesla technician in a no-touch very quick process in my driveway. Very simple process for me with minimal disruption or effort on my part. 
232 mi Door locks, keyless entry, and turning car on / off are unreliable. Car frequently will not lock doors or shut down, just continues running when I leave it. Tesla did nothing, and the problem persists. 
11000 mi Car frequently fails to unlock, or to start. Have had the car in repeatedly over two years for the same problem. No progress with Tesla. 
39570 mi Charge port pins replaced under warranty, failed during supercharging on multiple chargers

8000 mi The drive motor shorted out and blew the main battery cutoff. The entire drive unit was replaced under warranty. 
15695 mi Replaced charge port insulator pins and verified fitment, Replace Charge Port Door Sensor Target 
27000 mi Replaced coolant superbottle due to suspected internal issue, filled and set coolant levels. 
6820 mi Mentioned earlier. At same time as call they replaced the Charge Port carrier port and Insulator pins. I never had issue but they had issues in other cold climate areas 
26040 mi Ranger service in my home garage: executed a TSB to R&R the onboard charge connection point with a better design to prevent possible freezing issues.
