My AC-DC converter failed, and the car would not charge when plugged into an AC outlet, it would charge when connected to a DC supercharger. 700 miles out of warranty, otherwise it would have been covered.

Upper control arm bushings were rubbing/squeaking internally - drove me crazy. Replaced both front upper control arms. They were Rev A parts replaced with Rev G parts. Cost was ~ $500 for parts, 300 for labor. Replaced rear tires (again) with OEM Michelins ($650 / pair). Additionally, had a rear brake clip that was broken. Replaced for cheap.
