Aug 202122000 mi | We had noticed in the first year we had the vehicle, that it occasionally had a shudder feeling in the engine. Initially it would be when we backed out of the driveway and then put it in drive it kind of was skipping just momentarily. Over the following 2 1/2 years it just got worse although it wasn’t an every day occurrence. We had taken it to two or three different dealers, As we travel in the winter. And no one felt there was an issue. Finally in August when my husband took it in and said I don’t want the car back until you fix it, they almost immediately identified that the transmission needed to be replaced. Which is what they did. In the past three months since the transmission was replaced the car has operated normally. |
