Found exterior signal light operation (front, possibly rear) non existent when using lane change feature operation, even though assistant confirmed dash light indicator showed operation from within vehicle. (Discovered this while viewing suspect vehicle in rear view mirror - while leading suspect vehicle.) Located a deserted area, had assistant placed at roadside while driving toward and away from same, observing front and rear signal light operation. Confirmed faulty operation. Subsequently, placed (reflective) foil strips at outside mirror indicator lights to monitor operation when driving alone - intermittent number of flashes observed - not always 3 flashes and confirmed with dash light indicator operation as well. Reported concern(s) to Dealer, however they could not duplicate operation within shop. (Also contacted FCA Canada with concerns about safe/unsafe operation of vehicle.) Was advised to monitor light operation and report any further instances of faulty operation. Problem seems to have corrected itself.
