turbocharged 523hp 4.4L V8 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD

1500 mi The Automatic Braking System continues to activate and stop the car when backing out of my garage at 0-1 mph randomly. I roll forward 1/4 wheel turn and back up and can get out. I believe it to be a sensor. BMW has not repaced. This has happened close to 12 times in 7 months. It has not happened on any other BMW including my former, 19 M550. The Active Braking System continues to stop the car without any obstacles when backing out. It was supposedly reset at BMW dealership. The next 2 of 3 backups from the garage it slammed to a stop. It is now worse.
5000 mi The Automatic Braking System continues to stop abruptly backing out of the garage randomly. I believe it is the rear side 1/4 panel sensor. Same issue as reported prior times here.

Interior A/C fan blower motor failed and was replaced.
40000 mi Recall for wiring in trunk per, Class action suit. The 5 series had a Class action suit recall on the E60 and 61 that were less than 10 years old and less than 100,000 miles to reposition wiring in the trunk that could be damaged by water from the sunroof drains filling the compartment. This was only settled last month, and they don't have the parts yet.
43000 mi This was to address a "recall", actually a class action suit repair. The wiring in the back (trunk) was susceptible to being flooded if the roof drains clogged. They did a sloppy job the first time I brought in it, I had to bring it back, and finally I secured the components myself. In addition they tore the inner fender insulation, altogether a BUTCHER JOB....BMW SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
