Exterior styling
Looks good up close and from a distance, at all angles. Nice paint job.
Interior styling
High quality and functional interior. Plenty of space.
Safety & braking
Good braking performance overall.
Ride smoothness
Rides very nicely. Smooth over bumps.
Quietness
Is quiet around town. Lets in some engine noise under hard acceleration. Overall acceptable.
Powertrain performance
Engine is powerful enough; 4 speed transmission could use some adjustments. Acceleration is poor when torque converter clutch is locked up (this supposedly for better fuel economy).
Driving position & visibility
Large C-Pillar creates somewhat of a large blind spot, takes some getting used to. High rear shelf commands respect from other drivers although blocks visibility when reversing.
Reliability & durability
Many front suspension components have been replaced with newer or redesigned parts. Hopefully this will be addressed by Chrysler for newer vehicles.
Dealer practices
First dealer didn't cover repair under Chrysler warranty until prompted. Did not fill up oil all the way when car was brought in for oil changes. Second dealer is worse. Will have the vehicle serviced elsewhere.
Will not use Chrysler dealers for se
Handling
Handling is good around town but the car feels large and heavy when pressed. Body roll is excessive under high-speed cornering.
Make a performance suspension available on non-SRT (both v6 and v8 models).
