400 mi Headliner torn at new car delivery. 
2000 mi Headliner was replaced, but sun visor was improperly installed, so headliner re-repaired. Driver's side rear door does not latch properly. Locking latch does not always catch. Adjusted.

3000 mi steering wheel cover broken. part ordered and replaced. 
23000 mi Recall service to address a lock issue, original work completed in February. Dealer broke a trim piece when reinstalling door panels. Trim piece was back ordered and didn't arrive until months later. Vehicle returned to dealer for installation of new trim piece.

2013 Ford C-MAX 4-door

4-cylinder CVT 2WD

32000 mi interior panel of the rear passenger door (door handle, etc) came apart from the external door panel. I think the plastic pins that hold them together broke. Dealer fixed it under original warranty, but it required two trips. carpet in the trunk lost its adhesion to the floor/back of seats. Dealer glued it back on under warranty. 
35200 mi rubber door seal was ripped and missing on driver's door
