Passenger grab handle is extremely loose. It moves a good half an inch back and forth. Dealer looked at it said a clip was broken from factory. Ordered part in November dealer says it is back ordered and still no part.
Interior rear window shelf vent covers were tattered. Entire Rear Shelf cover was replaced.
Installed missing ignition cover
Door seals had let go - Replaced. Chrome on steering wheel chipped - Replaced.
Trim on steering wheel which appears to be aluminum, began to peel. At the shop today for assessment by dealer. I've been told similar repairs they did required air bag assembly replacement.
Covering over vents in package shelf under back window disintegrated, probably from sun exposure. Dealer installed new covering at no charge although the vehicle is out of warranty.
Molding around driver's door opening torn.
Looking into rear window from outside could see liner behind rear seat disintegrated. Dealer ordered replacement and installed. Took a few weeks to arrive.
Steering column cover disintegrating Hood Ford OVAL replaced - fading and cracking.
Headliner came loose.
Chrome bezel on steering wheel was flaking off. Happened above the steering audio controls. Needed to get replace because the flaking chrome is very sharp and cut finger on it.
My moonroof leaked mainly on driver side and the front part of my headliner. Also, it leaked really bad on driver floorboard.They had Water Doctors repair it. I also made Ford replace headliner and carpet
Front passenger door wasn't "poping" open when the handle was pulled. It still opened, but required slightly more effort. Dealer replaced weather stripping around door per TSB; problem solved at no cost.
Water leak from sunroof. Had to clean out drains, dry out interior.

Head liner rattles. Dealer added insulation Driver side tail lamp cover scratches the body causing paint chips. Second repair attempt. Body shop fixed the paint chips and adjusted the tail lamp cover
E brake handle cover came loose, replaced under warranty.

DEFECTIVE Door Latch FAILURE. Door won't close.
NOT covered under $1,100 Ford ESP Premium extended warranty. Luckily, it failed at dealer, so they paid for $300+ repair. I filed complaint with NHTSA. Other Ford models were recalled for this.
"Focus" badge on rear hatch fell off. Replaced under warranty.
Piece of weatherstripping came lose on passenger side rear door and was getting stuck in door, making it difficult to close the door. Parts ordered. Dealer applied anti-rattle tape to the back of the front passenger door panel to silence what was becoming a persistent rattle in the vicinity of the map pocket.
Replaced beltline molding that was coming loose.
Headliner and overhead console had come loose. New hooks and fasteners required. Parts ordered, installed. Problem is fixed.

A small panel used to cover a screw on the passenger side font door was loose. Dealer originally tried flexing tabs to secure it. It still came loose so a new part was ordered and shipped to my house.
Hinge on removeable cargo shelf (hatchback) broke. Dealer sent photos to Ford and it will be replaced under warranty.

Passanger door handle sicks open, preventing closure. Parts inspected/replaced, lubricated.
Water stain on headliner where passenger-side front and rear door post meet the roof. Could not replicate leak, cleaned stain, though still visible.

Rear deck lift up / down strings are flimsy and break easily. Need to be replaced by ford.
Body panels were misaligned. Door would stick and it looked terrible. Service manager had to drive car back to assembly plant for fix.

Drive side door trim needed adjusting as the door was 'sticky' when opening from inside. Repair took less than 5 minutes.
Passenger Seat was rattling very loudly. Took to dealer who found that the retaining clips for the fabric had broke. Replaced under warranty Paint was flaking from driverside mirror, dealer offered to repainted free of charger

The charging port door fell off of the car while going down the highway and it had to be replaced by the dealer. This was more complicated than it should have been. Had to order port door and paint port door.
