CVT FWD		 42.3 mpg since new. 85% highway, 10% suburban, 5% city. A/C always on, careful but not "multimiler" driving. see full Ford Fusion review

6-speed shiftable automatic FWD		 I have close to 3000 miles on this car and the last 2 gas fill ups have been 22.6 mpg which is slightly higher then the EPA city rating. Being that it is still winter & all my driving so far has been city driving I am very satisfied with the gas mileage. see full Ford Fusion review
