I really enjoy my 2020 GMC Terrain. The 2.0 4 cyl turbo is a very efficient & peppy engine. I typically use mid grade to premium fuel & its performance is most satisfactory. I maybe counter to many others but I am a support of the stop-start technology on the vehicle as I typically see 2-3 MPG improvement in gas mileage using it. In the last few months, the stop-start has not been initiating & consequently, I have seen this drop in my MPG from 25-26 MPG to 22-23 MPG. I will definitely have this checked out on my next oil change/tire rotation.
I was pleased in my tire wear/change at 45,000 miles with original tires & brake replacement (frt/rr) at 48,000 miles.
I am also very pleased with the AWD capability & use it in heavy rains & snow fall. It really improves my traction & control during these inclement weather conditions. This vehicle was my first experience with AWD & I will continue to buy a vehicle with AWD capability
