What Our Members Are Saying about the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2013 Honda Fit

2013 Honda Fit Seat Room and Comfort: Pros
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2013 4dr Hatch 117-horsepower 1.5L I4
5-speed manual FWD
The best in this category (when you take into consideration the size of the trunk). see full Honda Fit review
2013 Honda Fit Seat Room and Comfort: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2013 4dr Hatch 117-horsepower 1.5L I4
5-speed shiftable automatic FWD
Seat bottoms are typical Japanese style short bottomed and not conducive to long duration drives. see full Honda Fit review

One more thing. Rear seat comfort was obviously not a big selling point, nor a necessary feature. But one piece of it was worse than it had to be: the rear seat headrests. The artful circular shape and limited adjustment made the rear seats even harder to use; the headrest would tend to jab passengers in their spine. A better solution which was more even with the seat back would really have helped here. see full Honda Fit review

What Our Members Are Saying about the Powertrain of the 2013 Honda Fit

2013 Honda Fit Powertrain: Pros
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2012 4dr Hatch 117-horsepower 1.5L I4
5-speed shiftable automatic FWD
Throttle map makes the most of engine torque but it will happily wind out to the limiter in S-mode. Trans shifts either frugally or briskly depending on throttle position. Has a nice, growly intake noise. Sewing machine tick-over at idle is endearing. see full Honda Fit review
2013 Honda Fit Powertrain: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2012 4dr Hatch 117-horsepower 1.5L I4
5-speed automatic FWD
Would benefit from a higher gear on the highway. see full Honda Fit review

What Our Members Are Saying about the Tires of the 2013 Honda Fit

2013 Honda Fit Tires: Cons
YearBody/PowertrainComment
2013 4dr Hatch 117-horsepower 1.5L I4
5-speed manual FWD
Tires are Dunlop SP31 and are used only for fuel economy. Driving feel and grip is not really good. Must be ugraded with 195 / 55 R15 for optimum grip. see full Honda Fit review
