9000 mi NOT a Warranty or quality issue. The transmission was damaged by a third party and had to be replaced due to the damage that was caused by bad work on the suspension done by another shop.

2015 Jeep Renegade 4dr SUV

180-horsepower 2.4L I4 9-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range

1332 mi Vehicle threw a MIL and service engine message. Then threw service abs, e-brake,awd, etc. Power transfer unit made a bad noise, and vehicle disabled awd. TPU and BCM firmware was updated. 
12000 mi Warranty replacement of rear drive unit which was making increasingly louder noises and causing issues when engaging and disengaging. Also included related TCU updates. not 100% effective in eliminating all symptoms. 
5000 mi Faulty rear differential module engagement associated with traction control system. RDM and rear differential is to be replaced pending receipt of parts 
28000 mi Transmission pressure valve malfunctioned upon deceleration, leaving transmission in 4th gear. Valve body and electronics were replaced under warranty

2015 Jeep Renegade 4dr SUV

15000 mi Basically the dealer had to do a complete relearn of the transmission protocol to eliminate a strong jerk between first and second gear. No parts were replaced. 
6000 mi Car shifted roughly between first few gears causing a lull in motion. New computer update was applied which smoothed out shifting and fixed problem. 
18000 mi needed updates almost immediately and caused the transmission too not work correctly as it should have.
