Plenty of room, indeed there may be too much room as it is a bit of a reach to unlock the passenger side door, almost impossible to adjust the passenger door mirror and lower the passenger window? Forget it. Plenty of elbow room.

My Jazz Bass, in its case, fits on the floor between the front and rear seats. Just like the front seats, there is plenty of room for two and adequate room for three.

I feel the seat is to far away from the wheel and the pedals are angled to steeply. The dead pedal is perfect though.

TrueDelta Reviews the Seat Room and Comfort of the 2014 Chevrolet Cruze
2014 Chevrolet Cruze Seat Room and Comfort: Cons

The Cruze's rear seat is among the tightest in a compact sedan, and the diesel engine doesn't affect this. Though rear seat headroom is abundant, adults will feel a bit cramped even behind a driver of average height. The Jetta's rear seat has a little less headroom but far more legroom. So the best option depends on whether your rear seat passengers have long legs or long torsos.
