2008	Most Kia Sedonas earn EPA ratings of 18 mpg city, 24 mpg highway. This is just a bit worse than the Sienna's 18/25, but well below the Odyssey's 19/28, at least on the highway. But the SX Limited, with more heft and different tires, rates only 17/22, the lowest of any current minivan. In my real-world sub-freezing driving the trip computer reported averages between 16 and 21 in the suburbs (depending on the number of stops, amount of traffic, whether the engine was already warmed up, etc.) and about 25 on the highway. The Sienna managed about the same--but with all-wheel-drive. A front-wheel-drive Toyota should do a little better. In somewhat warmer weather, the Odyssey managed as high as 25 on my standard home-to-school run. see full Kia Sedona review

	Another fairly obvious "why not to buy," for either car: fuel economy. The tested Camaro scored 16 mpg city and 25 mpg highway in the EPA's tests, slightly better than the Mustang's 15/25. The automatic has an even taller top gear and when paired with it the V8 can deactivate four cylinders, so it manages 17 mpg city, 28 mpg highway--the latter figure as high as that for the Camaro V6 automatic (19/28). For significantly better fuel economy it's necessary to get the 2.0-liter turbo, which scores 21/30 with a manual and 22/31 with an automatic. In my 300-odd miles of driving I averaged 16.5 mpg. If I drove with a light foot I could coax the average slightly over 20. I observed similar real-world numbers in the Mustang. On a 70-mph highway the Camaro averaged 24.5, but there might have been a modest headwind. The Mustang averaged 28 in my highway driving. Overall, both achieve very good fuel efficiency for cars of their weight and horsepower, but praise doesn't come much fainter. see full Chevrolet Camaro review

2017	2dr Coupe 455-horsepower 6.2L V8 8-speed shiftable automatic RWD	Surprisingly, this 455hp car, with a 6.2L V8 -- that's 378 cubic inches -- gets decent gas mileage. It averages just over 20mpg, for which I credit the cylinder shutoff feature. So far it's been pretty common to look at the dash when I'm just beetling across town and see that it's in V4 mode, and getting 40 or 50mpg, as long as I'm keeping my right loafer rather light. see full Chevrolet Camaro review
