| 2021 | Compared to most other small crossovers, the Kia Seltos has a much roomier rear seat. Rear legroom is a generous 38 inches. Few people will need to step up to a larger crossover unless they need to seat more than four people. The competing Mazda CX-30 (36.3 inches of rear legroom) and the related Hyundai Kona (34.6 inches of rear legroom) have more cramped and much more cramped rear seats, respectively. In fact, the Seltos has about as much room for rear seat passengers as the one-size-up Sportage. (The Sportage will no doubt grow when it is next redesigned.) The Seltos' rear seat passengers can select between two seatback angles. It took a while for me to adjust the seat properly, but after I did, I have to say the seating position and comfort rivaled many European sedans I have driven. I was not used to this level of comfort from an Asian-designed automobile. see full Mazda Mazda6 review |

For short trips the Speed6 is fine. Longer than 2 hours in the car kills my back. Maybe the seats are cheaper in the Sport vs. the GT. Fortunately I've only taken 1 or 2 very long trips in it. see full Mazda Mazda6 review |
