6-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range		 Not great compared to a Honda Civic, but thats like comparing an F-18 to a Piper Cub. LR4 is very throttle sensitive. A lighter foot improves mileage considerably. Considering the size & capability of this vehicle, mileage is reasonable. see full Land Rover LR4 review

6-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range		 Horrible, and its not just the price of the pump that is the problem, its the range. City driving gives me 11-12 mpg....but despite the 23g tank specs, after the fuel warning light come, I have rarely filled my tank up more than 19 gallons....Usually after only @230-240 miles.....you will be going back to the pump frequently..,Pure freeway driving, you get up to around 17 mpg on the flats...(dont believe the computer, its always about 1.5mpg too optimistic ). If only they brought in the diesel, or had a bigger useable fuel tank.... see full Land Rover LR4 review

4-speed automatic FWD		 I bought this car almost specifically for my "road" car, for trips, but do occasionally use it around town. I don't know how the other reviewers are driving their cars but I get what I think is great mileage, mid-teens around town and 28-29mgh on trips/hwy at 75MPH. 4-speed automatic FWD		 Great on the highway. At 65 I get a consistant 25mpg. The city is an entirely different story. In stop and go city driving, the best I've ever gotten is 10mpg. The average is 8mpg. The EPA estimates 17 in the city. They are off their rocker. This car sucks gas in city driving. 4-speed automatic FWD		 City gas mileage is pathetic. Since new I was lucky to get 10 mpg in the city, but in stop and go it's 8 mpg. When the car was newer, I took it to the dealer, and they checked everything out. I was told that it's a big V8. The Northstar engine is an embarrassment. see full Cadillac DTS review
